Simply provide us with leads for sellers and buyers. While you’re driving to work, walking the neighborhood, or running errands, keep your eyes open for signs and run-down properties. Send us a list of houses that are For Sale By Owner (FSBO), For Rent By Owner (FRBO), or vacant. Also please send us the contact information for anyone who wants to buy a house using our owner financing or lease purchase programs. It’s that easy and you can do it with almost no extra effort!

What does finding properties mean?
It means notifying us of a property, filling out a form. We register you as the “finder” and if and when we get the property under contract and finalize the deal, you receive a finder’s fee! Essentially, you are our “eyes” and “ears” in the field.
